Provider: Your organization’s primary business is the direct delivery of home-based care or end-of-life care to patients/clients and families. This group includes home health agencies and private-pay home care organizations, along with hospice agencies, palliative care providers and other types of home-based care entities.
 
Vendor: Your organization is not a direct provider of care but supports, serves, advises, invests in, or partners with provider organizations. This category includes investors, payers, consultants, technology companies, vendors, and other industry stakeholders.

  • Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to the event start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25.00 administrative fee.

  • Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to the event start date are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for tickets not used.

  • Substitutions may be permitted prior to the event at no additional cost. Please email events@arrowfly.com for more information.

  • In the event that Arrowfly must cancel or reschedule an event, registered attendees will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future Arrowfly event, at Arrowfly’s discretion.

A ticket to the Elevate Conference includes access to all sessions, breakfast, refreshments, lunch, coat / bag check, and a networking reception.
